Auricode Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides freelance IT services including website/app development, POS/ERP, UI/UX, SEO, hosting assistance and maintenance. By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1) Quotes, Pricing & Payments

• Work is delivered against a written quotation or proposal with scope, milestones and fees.
• Deposits may be required to start work. Balances are due on milestone/final delivery.
• Third-party costs (domains, hosting, APIs, licenses) are billed at actuals and may be prepaid.

2) Scope & Changes

Scope is defined in the proposal. Requests beyond scope will be quoted as change orders or billed at agreed hourly/day rates.

3) Timelines & Approvals

Timelines assume timely feedback and content from the client. Delays in inputs pause timelines accordingly.

4) Revisions

Each deliverable includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Extra rounds may incur fees.

5) Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership/license to final deliverables as described in the proposal. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.

6) Cancellations & Refunds

7) Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support is provided per the proposal or a separate maintenance plan (bug fixes, updates, backups, monitoring).

8) Data & Privacy

We process basic contact and project data to deliver services. See our Privacy Policy.

9) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the three (3) months preceding the claim. No liability for indirect or consequential loss.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be resolved in Sri Lankan courts.
