Return & Refund Policy

We provide digital services (websites, apps, POS/ERP, design, SEO). As these are intangible and custom, refunds are managed as below.
1) Deposits & Domain/Hosting
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started or third-party purchases (e.g., domain/hosting/licenses) are made.
2) Milestone Payments
- If you cancel before a milestone is delivered, we may refund a fair portion for work not yet performed.
- After a milestone deliverable is submitted/approved, that milestone is non-refundable.
3) Change of Mind
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after approval or delivery of agreed work.
4) Maintenance & Renewals
Maintenance fees and yearly renewals (domains/hosting/SSL) are non-refundable after activation or the start of the period.
5) Issues & Bug Fixes
We fix implementation bugs reported within the support window defined in your proposal. Third-party platform/API changes are out of scope unless covered by maintenance.
6) How to Request a Refund
Email auricodesolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue with your order ID, description and evidence. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (processor timelines may vary).
